This provides a cost effective, efficient solutions for the production of high quality precast concrete elements.

Until recently the erection of semi-circular balcony slab shuttering took about three hours. While craftsmen spent their valuable time on erection of conventional shuttering, their managers fretted about the low added value of pre-cast component factories, ineffective utilisation of working time and too little yield.

HSMAG is the first shuttering system that allows you to adjust shuttering to various shapes by means of magnets. Through combining highly alloyed flexible steel and modern magnet technology, a system was created that reduces working time needed for manufacturing of shuttering to about 10 minutes. The new system is very easy to handle, it can easily be moved by one person. Flexibility of the shuttering material enables the production of shuttering for full circles of radiuses from 35 cm to straight lines. Thereby, all requirements of modern shuttering are met: flexibility, reusability, easy handling, ruggedness and resistance, as well as high dimensional accuracy.
